The location is amazing! Just steps away from everything, making it super easy to explore. The beds were comfy, but the room can use a refresh. Parking was a bit expensive too! 😅

great stay but minor room issues

From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed. The receptionist was very nice and ensured a smooth check-in. Our room offered a stunning city view, which made our experience even better.

I stayed one night with my family. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the central location, making it easy to walk to the old town and restaurants. The breakfast had a great variety, and the access to drinking water in the corridors was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay!

excellent central location, spacious hotel room, close to Train station

The hotel exhibits a frustratingly outdated ambiance!!! Many areas need modernization, especially the carpets and doors. The bathroom lacks sufficient space, making it a real squeeze!!! Linen quality could improve significantly for a better experience!!!

We stayed at the Standard Double Room with Two Double Beds for two nights. The room felt spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice, hot shower. The breakfast each morning was a highlight. it had a good variety, and the food tasted fresh. The indoor pool was quite small, but fun for the kids, and the gym was underwhelming due to the heat. The location was decent, but it required a bit of walking to reach some attractions and to the train station. One issue was the hotel policy requiring a credit card deposit, which felt a bit excessive. Despite this, the friendly staff did their best to ensure our needs were met. I'd come back but hope for more family-friendly amenities next time.

The location is super convenient. we were a short stroll to the TGV station. The supermarket next door was a lifesaver for our large family, especially with our 3 dogs in tow. The two queen beds fit our kids comfortably too.

i recently stayed at mercure during my cycling trip to lyon and was pleasantly surprised. the spacious rooms and modern amenities exceeded my expectations and made me feel right at home. the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, perfect for recharging after a long day.

We stayed one night and loved the comfy big beds and hot showers. The staff was super friendly, helping us with our luggage. The hotel's got a nice spot for grabbing quick bites, which was perfect. Just wish the pillows were a bit larger because they were kinda tiny.

Family with children great experience

The staff was efficient and very helpful during our stay, especially the breakfast team who made sure everything was tidy and well-stocked. We enjoyed the spacious Privilege room that had comfy beds and nice amenities, created a good vibe for family time!

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable given the quality.
